PRODUCT USAGE & TOLERANCE ADVICE – OPRAH STUDIO

At Oprah Studio, we are committed to providing quality products that allow everyone to achieve a professional manicure at home, simply, quickly, and with style.

Because every skin, every nail and every person is different, we have gathered here the essential information you need to know before using our UV strips and accessories.

1. Our products, their nature and the precautions to be observed.

At Oprah Studio, we offer two distinct types of products:

·       Self-adhesive UV strips for nails , considered as decorative accessories for external use , not classified as cosmetics within the meaning of Swiss legislation.

·       The top coat, which is a cosmetic product made in Europe, intended to prolong the hold and shine of UV strips . It is designed to be applied exclusively on the strips , and not directly on the natural nail .

The strips are designed to be applied to artificial or prepared nails. They can also be applied to natural nails, at the sole responsibility of the user. If there is any doubt about individual tolerance, it is strongly recommended to use a protective base or to apply the strips to artificial nails .

The “Miracle Finish” top coat is formulated in accordance with European standards. According to the information provided by our manufacturer, it does not contain TPO, HEMA, or Di-HEMA Trimethylhexyl Dicarbamate . The Product Information File (PIF) is available from the manufacturer and can be submitted to the competent authorities in the event of an inspection.

No printed instructions are included with the products. This document is the only official source of usage precautions.
It is the responsibility of each user to consult it before any use . In the absence of precautions, any reaction or damage linked to improper use cannot engage the responsibility of Oprah Studio.

Our products are strictly intended for external decorative use . They must not under any circumstances be:

·       Inhaled or ingested

·       Applied to damaged, injured or infected skin

·       Used for medical or therapeutic purposes

·       Applied in case of known allergy to one of the components (see section 3)

By using our products, the user acknowledges having read the above precautions and agrees to respect them. Any misuse or non-compliant use is carried out under the sole responsibility of the customer.

2. General precautions to read before use

·       Read the instructions carefully.

  • Do not apply to irritated, injured or sensitive skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin.
  • Do not swallow.
  • Keep out of reach of children, pregnant women and animals.
  • In case of doubt about individual tolerance, the use of a protective base or a false nail is at the user's discretion.

·       May cause an allergic reaction.

  • For external use only. Not for medical or therapeutic purposes.

·       Made in CN & EU

3. Tolerance and individual responsibility

Our products are well tolerated by the vast majority of consumers. However, as with any product for external use, individual reactions are possible.

Zenigh Delacrétaz cannot be held responsible in the event of skin reaction, intolerance or misuse.

We recommend performing a small test on one nail before any full application.

4. Video demonstrations and application selection

The user is fully responsible for the proper use of Oprah Studio products . The self-adhesive UV strips offered on our site are decorative accessories intended to be applied to prepared nails , artificial or natural, at the user's convenience. The Miracle Finish top coat , on the other hand, is a cosmetic product formulated in Europe, intended only for application on UV strips . It should not be applied directly to the natural nail .

Before any use, the user must:

·       Read carefully point 1 of this document , which contains all the usual precautions (no other source will be provided);

·       Check that no listed components present a known allergy risk;

·       Perform a preliminary test on a small area if necessary.

No liability may be incurred in the event of:

·       Application of UV strips and top coat directly on the natural nail;

·       Use not in accordance with these instructions;

·       Allergic reaction or irritation, provided that the composition is provided (see section 3) and the user is free to take the necessary precautions.

Our products should not be used on damaged or irritated skin or in the event of ongoing dermatological treatment, nor in cases of medical doubt without the advice of a healthcare professional.

By purchasing and using our products, the user confirms that he/she has read all the recommendations and agrees to comply with them.

5. In case of doubt or return

Our return conditions specify that opened, used or misused products cannot be returned, even in the event of a reaction.
